5/29/2014 – Day 79 – Total Miles 940.6

Stayed overnight in Luray, Va. for the usual resupply laundry and a shower.  We said goodbye to Dallas as she headed back to the trail this morning.  Time to Eat is almost finished with his hike to Harpers Ferry… Then I’m on my own again unless someone new or old pops up.

I decided I wanted to try the aqua blaze for a couple days. (Don’t panic) if/when I make Katahdin. I will be back to make it right! This was a good choice for me now since I need some time for my feet. HYOH (hike your own hike)… and I am.
